Peak RPE Program

This is a 10 week strength program designed to peak your strength. Traditionally this is done for a powerlifting meet, but is not required. It is based on RPE (rate of perceived exertion). The RPE scale is used to measure the intensity of your lifts. The scale runs from 0-10. Throughout this program you will be instructed to hit 7, 8, 9 and 10 RPE.
